All the Employer Branding activities in the world will not help you hire the best talent if your current employees think you’re a crap place to work.
Posting photos of your bean bags, free M&Ms, and on-site barista won’t cut it if your head of sales is a sex-pest or your salaries are below market.
Sit down with your employees and really listen to them. Act genuinely, decisively & quickly to improve your workplace.
Once you’ve put in the work and got your house in order, you will find it becomes easier to hire great people, including more referrals.
The question is, will you put in the hard work?
